Our Pastor

Pastor Blain Markham

Pastor Blain Markham has a gift for bringing the Scriptures to life and making the message fully applicable to your life today.

His messages aren't something stuck in academia or steeped in some bizarre philosophy, but rather very approachable subject matter.
  Who We Are

Partnership Church of Texarkana is a theologically conservative, non-denominational church. The following statement of faith is not intended to cover the full doctrinal stance of our church, but rather define certain areas of typical concern. Partnership Church receives the Bible as its sole authority in matters of faith and practice.

WE BELIEVE in God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

WE BELIEVE the Holy Bible to be the inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God.

WE BELIEVE God created the heavens, the earth, and all things therein.

WE BELIEVE God created man to be His companion and to share in the glory of creation.

WE BELIEVE man first sinned in the Garden of Eden, fell out of communion with God,was and continues to be without hope of salvation except for the divine intervention of God.

WE BELIEVE in the virgin birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That He lives today, will return to gather the redeemed, and sits at the right hand of God the Father to intercede for all believers.

WE BELIEVE God promised us His salvation as revealed in the New Testament Scripture of John 3:16: That whosoever believes in Christ shall not perish, but shall have everlasting life.

WE BELIEVE in baptism as an act of obedience.

Church Leadership

Deacons

Deacons provide shepherding to the congregation by dividing the member families between them and making sure they are available for assistance whenever needed. Their ministry by nature is one of servanthood.

Elders

Elders are peace makers, prayer warriors, teachers, leaders by example, and decision makers. Also they are responsible for the various nuts and bolts of operational management of our building, grounds, programs, ministires, and outreach.

Church Fellowship

Deacon Families
Each Sunday night families meet together in homes or at church for bible study and fellowship.

Church Dinners
Many times a year, PCT meets to enjoy great food and fellowship for a variety of occasions.
